My Life's Journey

I realized this morning that part of my negative thinking and depression is from listening to Christian radio. The music, for the most part, is great. But the DJs are judgemental and self-righteous. I've been absorbing their attitudes. They make their comments sound sooooo Christian and soooooo right. But really they're blasting people left and right. Blech!! I do not want to fill my mind, especially in the morning when I'm very susceptible, with the hate-garbage they are spewing.

I think I'll listen to smooth jazz and/or classical radio from now on.
